Party on (and on and on) @ #ChefConf!

We’ve already lined up a tremendous group of speakers and trainings for #ChefConf 2014 in San Francisco, April 15-17, and we’re looking forward to seeing the whole Chef Community out in force.

Of course, keynotes, sessions, trainings, and such are all gravy, but what’s happening once the sun goes down? We’ve got you covered…

Before #ChefConf even starts, our friends at New Context are hosting the annual #ChefConf Hack Day at their splendid offices, ‘DG717’, which are just a short walk from the show hotel. The good times kick off at 4 pm on Tuesday, April 15, so if you’re ready to get coding, this is the place to be. [Info.]

Next is the #ChefConf Opening Reception at the Hyatt Embarcadero on the Grand Ballroom and Market Street Foyers. There will be plentiful food and freely flowing beverages, so please join us to ring in #ChefConf the right way. The party gets going at 6 pm on April 15. [Info.]

Following #ChefConf’s first full day, there will be a rocking Ignite session beginning at 5:15 pm on Wednesday, April 16. Immediately after the Ignite our friends at New Relic are sponsoring Happy Hour for all #ChefConf attendees. Bar stations will be set up in the Grand Ballroom and Market Street Foyers of the Hyatt. Be sure to get your pre-game on for the main event…

Chefs Rock Slim’s!

We’ve rented out the legendary Slim’s Nightclub to host a night of quaking metal. Headlined by all-female AC/DC tribute band AC/DShe and featuring our own Stephen Lauck‘s Midnight Chaser this party is literally going to rock the house. The venue maxes out at 400 so be sure to arrive on time with your #ChefConf badge for the 8:30 pm start. Once there you’ll enjoy an open bar courtesy of our friends at Juniper. [Info.]

Finally, we’ll close out #ChefConf 2014 with the Closing Ceremonies featuring beer, wine, and appetizers courtesy of our friends at HP, which will set the scene to relive some amazing memories.

#ChefConf is going to be delightful. We hope you’ll join us.
